Who you are buying from
ATY Scripts develops and sells FiveM resources ("scripts"). Payments are processed by Tebex Limited, which acts as the reseller and merchant of record for every purchase made on this store.
Your purchase is therefore also governed by the Tebex Checkout Terms. Tebex Checkout Terms.
What you receive
You buy a licence to use the script, not ownership of it. Escrow versions are encrypted and bound to your Cfx.re account through Keymaster. Source code versions are delivered unencrypted.
The licence is personal. You may not resell, share, redistribute, publish or leak any script or part of it, whether modified or not.
Delivery
Delivery is digital and immediate: after payment the script appears in your Cfx.re Keymaster account. Please connect the correct Cfx.re account before checkout.
Refunds
All sales are final. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, we do not offer refunds, including for change of mind, purchases made by mistake, or incompatibility with a server you did not check beforehand.
Customers in the EU and UK: at checkout you give your express consent for delivery to begin immediately and acknowledge that you thereby lose your 14-day right of withdrawal.
This does not affect your statutory rights. If a script does not work as described, contact us first: we will fix it or, where the law requires, arrange a remedy with Tebex.
Please read the documentation, and ask us on Discord before buying if you are unsure a script fits your server.
Chargebacks
If you have a problem with a purchase, please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or payment provider. Licences involved in a chargeback may be revoked while the dispute is open.
Updates and support
Scripts include free updates for as long as we maintain the product, and support through our Discord. We cannot guarantee compatibility with every third-party resource or with future FiveM changes, but we work to keep our scripts up to date.
Affiliation
ATY Scripts is not affiliated with or endorsed by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, Cfx.re or FiveM.
